Dave Ciliberto is a Senior Human Resources Executive with over 25 years of leadership and expertise in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Organizational Development & Strategy, Training & Facilitation and Leadership Coaching. Currently delivering Anti-Harassment training to the private sector.

He provides guidance and consultation to Fortune 500, nonprofits, higher education and government sector clientele through his independently-owned business, specialized human resources consulting firms and top universities. Dave partners and strategizes with senior leaders on HR, DE&I, leadership and talent development. Then, he develops and delivers training and executive coaching programs to align tactical learning with organizational and individual goal achievement.

As a sought-after DE&I expert, Dave creates and delivers many specialized programs independently and in conjunction with Cornell University ILR, e-Cornell, (where he is an adjunct instructor), Saterman Connect, and Icarus.
Dave continuously designs workshop content and writes/authors workbook materials for Cornell ILR DE&I programs. Dave has also authored two articles; "Career Transitions Across Generations", featured in SHRM online in July 2016 and “3 Things Wrong with D&I Training” in Talent Management/Diversity Inc. online magazine. In his previous role he was a Senior Vice President with Partners in Human Resources International, running the career transition function.
Dave is certified in Diversity Management by The School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University and is a graduate of Lynchburg College, holding a BA in Business Administration. Certified MBTI. Managing diversity in his own life, Dave pursues personal interests in travel photography, exhibiting in New York, where he resides with his husband.

Théa Watkins
is an experienced business leader and accomplished Financial Services professional with a passion for creating sustainable change strategically through diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) principles.
During over 20 years in financial services at Lloyds Banking Group, Théa played an integral role in many business, risk, and cultural change projects, developing solid business acumen, risk management, leadership, and people management skill sets. Her achievements include the performance transformation of a large UK-based retail branch, building and managing a $20 B book of business, policy and process change to advance DEIB and Community efforts, and crisis risk management with the safe transition of c. 270 employees to remote working and the accompanying communications strategy.
As a leader, Théa nurtures an inclusive environment that maximizes individual and business potential. She strongly believes positive, inclusive, and respectful team cultures foster engagement and a sense of belonging that ultimately drives results. She embraces collaboration, inclusive leadership competencies, influencing action, and delivering successful transformations with integrity and energy. Théa serves as anally and a role model to many. She appreciates the uniqueness of individuals, encourages input, and seeks to understand through reflective listening, which empowers her colleagues and stakeholders while creating psychological safety.
